A retail concierge medical practice with a membership. A place for professionals to visit with their primary physician or use the gym. The goal was to create a intuitive user experience for both internal staff and patients.

Results

For this project I did basic benchmarking and competitor analysis. The stakeholders had done a lot of the research up front already.

Research & Insights

Design Approach

Ideation: I started by gathering benchmark findings and sent out surveys to stakeholders and internal staff. The next step was to work with them on approval of an overall user flow that we thought accommodated each company persona that would potentially use this service.
Wireframes and Prototypes: After initial ideation I started generating various sketches and concepts in wireframe form.
UI Design: The logo and color scheme was created by a local vendor. This was created to match existing web apps and sites within the Spectrum Health ecosystem and brand identity.
Collaboration: Through out the project I collaborated with the developers, product owner, and stakeholders weekly.

After launch we had minimal issue with use of the platform. It was well received and the internal staff loved the app and said it was easy to use and user friendly. This was the initial goal from the beginning.

Key thought:
We wanted to create a user friendly patient facing interface for users as well as an office admin portal to manage memberships.
